First of all I would like to thank Ashwani and Neetu for their entire endeavors making the trip wonderful, I deem I have called them not less than fifty times and all the time they were very gentle and courteous to me.  It was really very remarkable that the whole thing has been arranged via email and telephone. Secondly the trust which they have showed to me is really incredible even my last cheque was not cleared before my leaving to India but they have given assurance that try trip will not get affected by the payment. Although all the payments are now cleared up.

We had a wonderful trip.  The hotels in Kausani and that in Corbett were very good.  The food in the hotel was good.
 
We were just unhappy with the safari which was not conveyed to us.  You tried your best at the last minute but the jungle that we had gone i.e. jirna was not so famous for tigers.  The other jungles were famous.  Had we known that booking is required, we would have booked well in advance.

• Anuj Negi for excellent support during the trip.   As our trip had to be extended for a day due to bad weather in Srinagar, we were worried about making the arrangements for additional stay as our 1.5 yrs old daughter was not well, but Anuj promptly extended his help and ensured arrangement of accommodation. 
• Next day Anuj could not get seat in return flight as he volunteered to stay back and settle things at Hotel which permitted the rest of group to reach airport in time and secure seats in return flight.  By the time he reached airport, all seats in return flight were exhausted and eventually he had to extend his stay for one more day amidst uncertain weather.  I must say that this gesture was above and beyond the call of duty and prompted me to write this mail to you.

Overall the trip organized by Travel Masti happened to be nice and satisfactory. All the three hotels at Udaipur, Mt. Abu & Jodhpur respectively were reasonably good. Hotel MAPPLE Abhay in Jodhpur was of course better than the other two as this one provided all the facilities expected from a good 3 star hotel. Staff in all the hotels was courteous and well behaved.  The Innova Car with A/C throughout 7 days of our itinerary that came as part of the package was well maintained and we found Mr. Jameel, its driver a thorough gentleman.

 We were very pleased with all aspects of our planned trip in India, except for Varanasi which was pretty uncoordinated.  We were pleased with all other guides, who were knowledgeable and thorough, and even though they were not very fluent in English we could understand them.  We were also pleased with the size of the cars which weresturdy/reliable and roomy.  All the drivers were courteous, reliable, and timely and we never felt like our lives were in jeopardy, ever.  

 Our overall experience with the cars, drivers, guides, hotels, transportation and pick-up/drop off during our trip was more than satisfactory, and we would definitely use Travelmasti, and go with you again, Akanksha.  Thank you for a very pleasant and stress free vacation overall.

It was a good trip. We only had one problem, the driver not meeting us in Jhansi, but luckily alocal travel agent helped us out. It was quite an expensive way to travel through India, but givenmy travel companion's disabilities, the value we got for the money paid was totally worth it.

1. At Port Blair, Abhishek was ok and mainly we were dependent on the driver Mukesh who was really sincere and good.
2. Over all attitude of staff /Abhishek/drivers was excellent.

4. Just one thing I would like to mention that the trip to Ross Island and North Bay should not be
organized by public transport as it takes away the fun of travelling.

I am back home from an enjoyable lovely outing. I must specially thank you for making this happen with such short notice. The driver Javed was always punctual, polite, courteous and cooperative.  Among the Hotels, the ones at Jaipur (Hawa Mahal) and Jodhpur (Chandra Inn) were really good.
At Mahadev palace of Jaisalmer - AC didn’t work. We couldn’t get coffee on the desired time. But on the whole we had a very wonderful experience, with excellent roads. I wil be recommending Travelmasti to all my relatives. They being young and adventurous, are interested in good arrangements for their travels. Thanks a lot for everything you have done.

-Your team was allways available onsite for long hours at a stretch
- Never did it happen that the family members of groom called and the phone was not answered
- All in all a great onsite team support from all team members. Around 6-7 people available from Travelmasti at the help desk established in hotel and helped them expand their own bandwidth to attend to last minute unplanned activities.

1) Tea County: Good ambience, good service and food was ok. Rooms were very nice.
2) Cardamon county: Excellent Rooms/Ambience/Service. Food was ok.
3) UDS : Awesome location very beautiful property, nice rooms. Not so good service especially resturant and room service.
4) Indraprastha Houseboat : Average property, limited food/ the houseboat moved less than what we expected. Fish preparation was nice aithough veg not that nice. Breakfast did not have bread/european meal.

At the Mansarovar Camp, we got on upgrade tent. It was spectacular!!!! In Dubai, they provided us a room at check-in at no additional cost. It was a smoking room… so I called to have it change later and they gave us an Upgrade room with a living room and Kitchen facilities.
Again OVERALL this was an excellent trip vacation.

Sujay and Ravi provided us with outstanding service and were always available to answer our queries before and during the trip.
Sujay always received us at the airport and stayed with us till we were safe and properly checked in.He never rushed us despite him almost missing the last metro on two occassions. We had him as our guest twice for dinner and got to know him well.
Karan was an outstanding driver- He took good care of car cleaning and safety. He was such a gentleman that i had to beg him to accept a tip!!
Before our trip, Ravi answered my questions very promptly (often while he was in the metro).The other companies took well over 24-48 hours to reply. A slight reduction of price in your tour packages will be appreciable.

First of all let me thank TravelMasti & you in particular to make my MP trip a real memorable one.
The purpose of this mail is to put forth some suggestions that I might feel necessary for the future trips to be more hasselfree.But let me start from the good points.
The quality of drivers and the vehicles provided were really good.The driving was safe considering the quality of the roads.
The hotels chosen were excellent with courteous staff and good arrangement overall.The best ones in the entire trip were Royal Tiger Resort at Kanha and Mogli Resort at Bandhavgarh.The safaris in all three jungles were orginised really well.

The only drawback as per me was the organisng guides In Jaipur.I feel its better to provide the customer directly the contact number of the guide if possible to avoid any hassels at the destinations.
Apart from this hiccup the overall trip was a real treat.I would love to use TravelMasti services moreoften for my future trips.

It was fantastic experience we had with Travelmasti. It was indeed a trip organized to perfection by all you guys. We would like to work with Travelmasti in our future trips also.

We would like to thank you for the wonderful trip that you had organised for us.  Everyone in the team liked the resort, food, location and other facilities provided to us.  The journey was also comfortable.  Bus driver and the conductor both behaved well through out the trip which made us feel safe at all times.  Jeep Safari, elephant joy ride and other activities were as good as we wanted them to be.
Initially we faced a little discomfort when we came to know that for some reason hotel management transferred us to a different hotel however the new arrangements were also good.  Going forward such type of confusions must be avoided and there should be a clear /confirmed itinerary in place.  

Overall it was a nice experience and the arrangement done by you is much appreciated.

Since this was our honeymoon trip, it had to be perfect & I am very happy to say that it was perfect. The hotels which were offered to us were very good. The rooms were kept neat & tidy & the service was quick. The staff was very helpful & co-operative despite of the fact that they could understand very little Hindi or English. The view from the hotel in Gangtok (Hidden Forest) is very soothing for a newly wedded couple. You get complete privacy. Everything else was very well planned. The cab facility, the pick & drop from & to the airport & railway station was done properly.

My trip was initially a little rough once I reached Darjeeling. However, due to quick and effective action from your side we were able to shift to Mayfair. The room and food in Mayfair was wonderful, it was truly a fabulous experience. That was a wonderful, in terms of location, ambience, service and location. I can't quite believe it's been 7 weeks since I walked to Kailas with you guys. I can honestly say I have learnt an awful lot since my return. It took me a while to find something I knew I would enjoy and find challenging in equal measure, and although The Kailas trip in the end proved more of a stick than a carrot towards the end, the experience has been no less valuable for it.
I'm sure there are days when I'm fed up with difficult clients and long for the days of being back in Tibetan mountains and indeed in the company of spiritual leader in Swamiji and the entertainer Ravi Sab, and there are times I think back to all the laughs, jokes and smiling faces of my special journey and treasure more than ever the friendships that I have made during the 'yatra'. Special thanks to Swamiji, for all your kind wishes over the last few days.
